What has happened here is company phoenixing, pure and simple.
It has been combined with a litany of ASX lies, with the fattest lie being about the tailings.
Why all the lies? -so the company could keep raising funds as it was simultaneously driven into the ground while management maintained a false "deer in the headlights" demeanor.
You and your mates are becoming predictable and boring.
I don't know if there will ever be justice, but it won't be from the lack of effort from the inclusive shareholders group.
