However because i didnt sell the shares (they were withdrawn from the asx) this doesnt show on my statements or tax documents
On the statement that i can get from my etrade account it only goes back to the end of 2018 which is after i bought the shares so i cant show what i bought them for so i cant show that I acquired them.
I have moved house (and state) a few times since then and i dont like my chances of finding the paper docs for the transaction. My loss would be about $6000 so worth chasing if anyone has any ideas?
