Rob Riggir was under a nondisclosure agreement I believe, I haven't heard from him, but not much he could say anyway. Don't know if that NDA is still valid now.
I think he did his best to try to help, but the situation was probably too far gone financially.
I think he was very competent and would not be fooled by any sleight of hand or trickery.
