Remember the Shareholders Group were holders to the bitter end, they've collectively lost millions, they could just see the obvious outcome a lot earlier than yourself.

Me personally I have had many, many conversations with JG, I received the original relist proposal and on the weight of evidence (what he told me, sent me and my personal experiences) decided not to invest - very glad I made that decision as I've lost $180K on my original investment, no point in further losses.

You are correct that this end of the market is very risky and few juniors make it. If it's simply incompetence then we'll all have to cop it on the chin and move on. But if it's more than that then why wouldn't you pursue the b@#stards??

It looks likely those that invested in the private funding round have been burnt a second time. I'd be very, very wary of committing further funds to OGX2. Why the need to relist on a different exchange? If the debt is extinguished, gold price through the roof ?? Suggests to me the smart money looks at history and won't go anywhere near this dog.

I can’t post that OGX II has fallen over as it’s supposedly unsubstantiated, but I can say I feel you made the right decision....

LOL, I would love to see what the great man sent you...would make for interesting reading....
