Ann: Removal from Official List, page-55

This company was stolen from shareholders - does anybody remember approving the debt facility with defender? What was this for? Does anybody remember ever being given the chance to approve the new directors? I have written extensively to ASIC about the conduct of the old board and the new board which in my opinion has been no better (fancy letting us lose our ASX listing because we were too slow to release accounts - anybody who believes that is kidding themselves IMO). I even got a note back from ASIC acknowledging my concerns so hopefully that means all of these guys will be held to account.
