Well the ASX could be a start but would need to be given a fully detailed history and formal complaint - however , it may not have the resources or the inclination to take it on . One can only try . Also there is the potential of considering a class action , provided that a sufficient number disgruntled shareholders agree to band together and contribute to funding such an action . Would be interesting to see what this current board does now and their intention and how the assets are dealt with and what price they achieve for them if they wind up and do not relist . Just some thoughts .
