Perhaps I should give him a ring now and ask how it is all going?? All those HCC club posters have gone missing and silent. They were so vehement in their thinking that JB would put me straight, funny how I knew any contact would be pointless.

What gets me is the number of investors in this that were 'married' to their position, refused to see all the warning signs that were as clear as day for those paying attention. Working outside of ASIC/ASX rules and guidelines is an excellent sign that all is not well.

There are numerous examples over time of companies that don't follow guidelines and end up delisted and bust. It is not just the players in this, it is across all areas of the market, from mining to fashion to high tech, look up CDU, SBB as examples. The similarities are that all have had blind faith followers, posting often on Hot Copper threads.
