    Note - The 2019 annual report does not mention WRC SAU in “26- Interest in subsidiaries”

    Therefore Winmar Resources Congo SAU is not a subsidiary of WFE. And so, WFE would have no control over what is done with the money.

    To save me looking, what was the other company?
