    Winmar Resources Congo SAU was established as part of the HOA JV
    It is 100% owned by Winmar Resources, page 8 of the HOA

    The other company was the African Holding Investment Company - from the 1/2 yearly (31 Dec 2018) financials
    The contradiction across the two reports 2019 Annual and the 30 Dec 1/2 Yearly - same figure, went to different pockets
