A week since being delisted and with the company's website the only source of information for shareholders, at a minimum you would think that an update to the site would espouse the "professionalism" of the new board .....
Unless they are going to have another crack at the "Cobalt Facility" and "Tenements" that are abandoned (maybe), and thats why it is still showing the Cobalt Project on the site?
Although African Royalty might still have the
Maniema Gold Project they got paid for over at VEC for it to be transferred back,
, gold is good right?
Fun fact:
In the finally released 1/2 year audited accounts to period ending 31st December 2018, in the September Quarter, indicative of the time lines in the announcement, the deposit as per the HOA for the acquisition of a portfolio of licences was put into a trust account with the in country lawyers, being Pelesa and
Associates, coincidentally August 2018, 1620 Investments was registered (not 1620 Capital) in Western Australia.
The $677k has been impaired and will be contested? for all/part to be refunded......
1620 Investment directors registered as per the ASIC extract,
Gedeon Ngoy Lufunga Pelesa
Stanley Mbayo Lufunga Pelesa
Lindsay Lennox
John Boardman
1620 Investments has subsequently been deregistered.
