I assume that this will need be by mail to the shareholders address held by the share registry. An email address register would be more efficient.

The frustration with the investment in XPD has been that the Chinese management has effectively stolen the company from the actual owners ... the XPD shareholders.

I am still very suspicious of the work that the auditors did for several years to confirm bank balances and actual assets owned by XPD.
