If you want to crystalise a loss you can "sell" them at delisted (it costs you). or you can hang around and see what happens with the proceedings. I assume that as the directors are representing a fund they would ideally like to see it get relisted. Personally, I can't see any point in cashing out - i'd rather wait and see what happens. A tax loss is no good to you until next June at the earliest anyway.

Just because ASX isn't quoting it doesn't mean you've lost shares - just that there is no ready market to sell them on.
