Anyone else who wants to push things along should contact ASIC. They might consider this low priority because a single person has complained they didn't hold a meeting. But there are hundreds of shareholders of this public company, and the Board is not subject to any scrutiny because they haven't prepared financial statements or held a meeting. This is ASIC's bread and butter and they should be doing something about it.
