The company must also have a registered office some where. It would also be good to confirm if the record of all shareholding’s is still held somewhere?
We would need to understand the legal process to formally request an agm or special general meeting by sending a notice directly to the registered office. The notice of Meeting could then need to be sent to all shareholders somehow.
ps I don’t live in Australia and don’t have any experience with the Australian corporate laws but assume the law is similar to other countries.
