From the last published accounts from 31 December 18 there were 437,867,967 shares allocated. We would need to have the support of shareholder with 21.9 million shares. We would need to find some share holders with reasonably large holdings to get to 5% easily.
For the record I have 707k of shares.
It would be great to have a zoom call so that everyone could participate.
