Thanks all for the updates. Thankfully I don't think much about XPD these days, but I'm glad I can now at least claim a tax loss. We all know (or at least should know) this can happen when you buy shares in a company. My complaint against the Mejority guys (Simon and Neil) is their lack of communication. A final announcement could have been made or even an update. Even now I still have my contact details registered with boardroom Ltd so they could and should have notified us through email at least. I understand the situation probably makes Simon and Neil feel sick to think about too...
Does anybody know if you have to claim the tax loss this year or can you choose when the write it off?
