I think I am in agreement, can’t believe they were allowed to list on asx, smoke and mirrors. Not to impressed with Australian directors either, I can’t recall any update to conclude the Hong Kong court case from them.. Kind of left that one hanging.i suppose they didn’t have enough skin in the game.
For me I lost a shed load here, and basically I am sure (can’t prove) that there are people involved who knew exactly what was going on and took advantage or were in on it, the it being that one can only conclude is criminality.
As for oversight and governance,…..it appears to be worth nothing, just pieces of expensively drafted words.
anyhow, enough of my rant for one evening, it still makes me angry whenever I am reminded of it…only wish someone were held to court over it .
