This is from left field as i dont know the rules....and still hopefull of something out of this deal with ANA.
What if we have been delisted on purpose, what if this was the play all along. Less conditions from the ASX may mean the deal can go through. Wasn't a previous deal blocked by the ASX, maybe they have been trying to get an agreement through the ASX and they have been saying no. Hence the third extension for ANA, to try and wrap this up with JKA free from the ASK shackles.
Like i said i dont know the rules, so please forgive me if this is utter crap.
