Hi SJ, Looks that way unfortunately, I guess they needed to get the other DOCA finalised first to remove everyone else as creditors, thus why they removed the share transfer requirements . So now they ornwhoever they sold the debt to are likely the sole creditor under the new VA process, pretty much in control of the creditor approval process of any DOCA that gets submitted, which will likely include another share transfer requirement.
