Looks like Chel as past on the debt to Austroid Corporation who ever they may be a quick google search doesn't get you far at all..

"The Administrators are currently making an urgent assessment of the Group’s position with a view to undertaking a restructure or recapitalisation of the Group in line with the objectives of the Voluntary Administration provisions of the Act"

"A further update in respect of operations and the recapitalisation process will be released to the market in due course."

There is two metions of recapitalization/restructure and no mention of selling the asset so I don't think there is a sales process just recap.
Best alternative for share holders the question is will there be any fairness to this recap or extremely sinister motives....
