Perhaps this is what SMS were attempting to prevent by opposing Liatam's request to amend the terms of the DoCA to remove the transfer of shares. It really made little sense as to why Liatam were arguing to remove from the DoCA what was it's primary goal. Will this new VA process be able to remove SMS's rights under the side agreement for a mining contract under a restart of operations?
