Thank you for your email. After entering into Voluntary Administration on 4 December 2020, Alita Resources Limited (the Company) entered into a Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) on 23 December 2020 (as approved by creditors).
We are currently working through the conditions precedents of the DOCA and will provide an update to creditors in due course. As such, the Company has not been wound up.
While the Company was delisted from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 1 October 2020, where required we intend to issue updates to shareholders via announcements on the Singapore Exchange Limited, where it remains listed. Regards Sam Saker On Behalf of Rob Kirman, Deed Administrator
