They had to screw existing holders good and proper. Also, I would imagine that answer will come when you see how many shares are being used to acquire Lord. That will bump up the shares on issue, then it would be a pre-IPO and IPO raise. So shates on issue when they list will be important.
The higher they push the existing holders average, the less potential sellers they will have when it opens as well imo.
