    It is a good move that the other side appoints lawyers maybe other side makes offer before middle of February. Other ways it becomes a very costly and long process. That way they get SDL out of the way and the other side knows what it has for now. Because a court ruling could go either way i.e. it may give back the mining rights to sdl instead of compensation?
