    As far as I know, you'll remain a shareholder, but now that it is delisted, you won't be able to trade (sell) your shares anymore. Not that there was ever really a chance of that happening since they were suspended for so long.

    I've been trough this before. I would suggest to keep an eye on this (https://www.delisted.com.au/company/affinity-energy-and-health-limited/) and wait for a loss declaration (see example here: https://www.delisted.com.au/company/big-un-limited/). Once that has happened you can possibly claim your loss in that financial year. Could take a few years before that happens though, not sure.
