Removal from official list just means it can't be publicly listed ASX company as it hasn't complied
It is still a Public company (unlisted) and still has to comply with those less rigorous rules.
You are still a shareholder
Company still has obligations to ASIC
That said reality now it is a unlisted public company shell with history.
It may be reused but unlikley unless there is a assets in it still but looks like only one is teh shareholders etc.
They will probably move to a cheaper registry or run it themselves
They may offer the opportunity to process a off market transaction - private off market trade.
Check with registry if they are still processing - ie getting paid by company.
If none of above then await administrator and then liquidation and statement of no value that will take forever
Speak with accountant in regards to write down.
