I receive this document in a letter some weeks ago. I have deleted my personal information, but is that enough to be able to claim a capital loss?
It looks to me should be enough as somehow it's making reference in the disclaimers to the ATO and it's the same kind of paperwork that I receive when I sell a normal stock.
Anyone could confirm? Am I missing something?
