Term Sheet for Madisonville Gas PlantThe Company has signed a Term Sheet with Northstar Energy (NSE) for the Merger of the Madisonville asset into NSE as part of their listing. NSE will complete its due diligence on the asset over the next 90 days, and will further report after that time. This term sheet leads the way for the company to provide a liquidity transaction for the shareholders and will allow for the company to focus on the production of hydrogen and methanol. Capital markets have been such in the last 12 months that it would have been foolish to list the company. Texas Methanol ProjectThe company continues to deploy resources on the Madisonville gas plant and field to accelerate the facility's production, with the corresponding Hydrogen and Methanol plants.The work is progressing well Queensland Methanol ProjectThe company is continuing to work on a feasibility for this project.
