How could you claim a capital loss if you haven't sold the shares and haven't triggered any CGT event? You still own the FDM shares, and they are just not listed on the ASX anymore. They are now issuer sponsored. The company is still going apparently. This is what delisted says about it: 19/05/2021: The Company has exited administration today. Thanks Monster. Can I sell my shares? Or even give them away?! lol What confuses me is I have had the same thing happen with another company I invested in I.e Chess to Issuer Conversion. Upon calling the company I was told I am no longer on the registrar - I am still trying to work out what happened in that scenario!
