The company does still exist. We're just not trading on the ASX any more and never will again. The next step is to liquidate our assets and hope that there's enough to cover our debts with some left over for shareholders. I'm optimistic as we still have Pyke Hill. Once the appeal is put down we will be able to sell it on for at least $10mil. With $4.5mil in debts that leaves $5.5mil for shareholders. If we can get more than $10mil then it's happy days. Either way you'll end up with a cheque once it's all finished. It's just gonna take some time.
