Isn't it that CGM will be listed under a new name and ticker, so current diluted holdings will be transferred to our new identity.

On 6 August 2021, the Company announced that following a resolution passed at the sixth meeting of
creditors, the Company executed a Recapitalisation Deed of Company Arrangement (Recapitalisation
DOCA) to facilitate the recapitalisation and restructure of the Company.
• On 16th August 2021, the Company sold all rights to the remaining assets other than the Pyke Hill Nickel
rights realising $60,000.
