Liabilities are about $5.5m of that I believe $500,000 are still owed to lawyers for prior legal actions. Most of the liabilities, approximately $3.5m are owed to Randal & co. Expenses for lawyers and court costs at the Warden's Court and WA Supreme Court would now be paid for by the recent ruling against Richore and Pyke Hill Resources. I'm guessing those costs wouldn't be small. It costs $11,000 to file with the appeals court and that's each for the appellants and respondents plus $3,000 per day for the length of the hearing. Then you have other fees that would amount to a few thousand dollars (document fees, certification, registrar, appeal fee etc.). Tack on lawyers expenses and you're probably looking at $100,000-$150,000 just for the most recent appeal costs.
