    I doubt there was any laws broken, my view being this was constructed for one purpose, done in poor taste, with disdain for holders but not illegal.

    Without even the decency to wind it up formally is what will leave ex holders disgruntled and make it difficult to have a positive reputation moving forward. Fair play you got what you wanted but at least let people claim a loss.
