there are no continuous disclosure or listing rules that TV2 need to abide by anymore - so why not just tell the story here? at least offer up a potential pathway in which current holders may still be able to turn a profit..
the fact you don't even try to attempt any explanation at all, makes it look baseless (which it is)..
it was the same before the delisting, and is exactly the same now after.. there is no credible way that holders will be able to salvage anything from this investment (without tipping more money into some sort of new venture).. saying the equivalent of "trust me, it'll all be ok" holds absolutely no water at all given the past track record of TV2 and lack of any tangible success at all
nothing more will be announced via the ASX re TV2 ever again - it's gone
there are plenty of other lifestyle companies in the ASX microcap space - they all eventually end up at the same endpoint, but most are at least able to be reborn into a new listing with the old management stepping aside and old shareholders being diluted into oblivion by a backdoor listing.. TV2 wasn't even able to achieve that outcome, that ship has sailed also.
