You think this is actually going to be wound up neatly? Given NFs behaviour and lack of communication I fully expect the company registration to rot away in the back drawer for several years until the ATO/ASIC declare it doesn't exist any more. The shell and web structure NF created for this whole thing gives him little incentive to do anything other than just fade away and let the Australian company evaporate. The Delisted disposal service exists to help us out before the end of the FY that we want to realise the loss.
