I must have missed the announcements regarding Company Director appointments and Company Secretary appointment......that's 2 boxes unchecked. The fact they wanted an extension would suggest they were unable to meet the conditions for submitting all required paperwork to relist within the 2 year time frame.....another box unchecked.
Still waiting on my Company Update in my mailbox.....guess it's imminent.
