the shares in TV2 will never trade again, anywhere reputable
any exchange that TV2 seeks to list on (lol) will have entry requirements, which will mean the company will need to address the issues that it hasn't been able to in the past 2 years
the team will probably pop up elsewhere, with a different vehicle on a different exchange - it'll be up to you whether you want to tip more money in
