No it has not been wound up yet just delisted by the ASX as it has been suspended for 2 years.

I doubt you will have to wait much longer though, being delisted IMO makes it much less likely to survive. I hope all those who have moved on do better elsewhere.

Also you can carry over any losses into the next year if you have insufficient trading profits to cover all your losses.
