Why not have a look at the Edge Minerals thread? Yes, you have 2 shareholdings, SBM Ltd. and Edge Minerals Ltd. Edge Minerals is not listed on the ASX yet. Its focus is on manganese as I understand it.
You can only sell your shares privately as the company is not listed on the ASX, currently. I think you can fairly expect the company will be floated on the ASX in due course.
