Your questions need to be directed to those that are central to this farce and their actions. That is Karantzis and the Board - both former and current. Included are ISXFEU who, vicariously, chose not to pursue the action against ASX. I'll also throw in the other Respondents to the ASX case, they being Probanx Solution Ltd and Authenticate Pty Ltd. Remember them.

Collectively, they have dismally let down 10,000 shareholders in an appalling manner yet they have the gall to be critical of anyone who calls them to account. Heavens above, the writing was on the wall when Her Honour Justice Davies refused an ISX application to suppress the publication of the SOR in April 2020.

Seriously my parents never warned me as much to stop playing with traffic as you have to keep away from JK.. I guess there is some information out there that has you worried.. why would a 'lawyer' waste his 1k per hour valuable time on a forum, are you next in the gun for litigation?

Joffa's investment decision he has owned (kudos), and like alot of us.. we did not factor in corruption from our regulators.

There is no other reason you are here CO.. than revenge or saving your own backside.
