Thing that peeves me off the worst is that management could have found any similar tech start up to get into bed with, they then could have had many tens of millions of dollars in tax credits and we would have got a few shares as compensation, but no…..our great management kept saying they were looking just to draw out their monthly pay cheques. At least a liquidation gets the worthless shares off our books….sad con of a company from the get go.
