Purely speculatively, I think that the insiders who hold 64% will ultimately want to divest somewhat and if the SP stays up and the business is a successful they may do a 1 for 10 for instance, with a view to broadening the base. There is little benefit and a lot of risk to them in the longer term of having such a large position in a very tight register.

Yes, I remember Charlie buying options for around about $ 80 cent or a $ 1.00 when the price was about $ 8.00. So he would be still in red at $ 34.74 which it is now, because of the 1:38 reverse split. At $38.00 now, it is only really $ 1.00 dollar, No? What do you mean " they may do 1 to 10 for instance" ?
