Yes Gryph an in-specie distribution of IG6 shares to CRL holders sounds like a reasonable result from where we sit. I invested in CRL for the graphite too (and bought a few IG6 to follow the graphite).
But what's in it for MOK, our 'ethically challenged' CEO? He doesn't hold any shares, does he? Is it worth his while to redeem himself? Does anyone here know him well enough to ask? Kam, you're a lawyer I think - where to from here?
