No, they're not. Check the announcements - CRL & IG6 have made a deal. IG6 are going to loan $1.5m to CRL, they get a seat on the board and the CRL promise not to sell the shares anytime soon ( I can't remember the exact time frame).
It's a good way for the CRL board & management to keep making money, but I'm pretty confident it's going to be a rubbish outcome for regular shareholders. At least it'll relist tho, and we can all run for the exit to take what pennies we can.
