    I didn't say they had been accountable. That's precisely what people are trying to get to happen - because they are NOT being accountable to anyone.

    I've got correspondence from Neil regarding items that have been/are being queried/followed up.

    I also have correspondence from ASIC stating they will not investigate.

    I think a reasonable person would conclude that the latter infers one party has closed the case.
