I don't have the time and maybe the mental ability too, to process all this.

The one thing I want to know is : have the Feldman acted illegally ?

Unethically that's for sure, but have they broken any financial laws ?
Can they be sued ?

I don't think I'll ever see any of the money I've invested in CGB, or maybe so very little
of it, even in the event of a successful class action, but I hate seeing such shadowy
business practices not being scrutinized more thoroughly and punished if need be.
It's immoral.
