Shareholders have a right to be absolutely furious with this company.
I also think that shareholders are entitled to conclude that the dross that was yesterdays "announcement" was undertaken with the full knowledge that this action taken by the ASX was just around the corner.

Yesterday the announcement contained terms such as "due diligence". Shareholders are entitled to ask, "where is the
due diligence when it comes to avoiding being delisted?"
Due diligence? Try Fiduciary Duties.
Whilst they pursue some entirely unknown "acquisition" they have not complied with listing rule 17.5 or did it just slip by them? But don't worry perhaps it is a mere oversight. An oversight that escaped their self proclaimed 'due diligence'.
