I was watching a bloomberg interview this morning with Kim Rivers CEO from Trulieve on her thoughts on the Global Cannabis Industry which were very insightful for investors, but again noticed her emphasis on "maintaining a healthy balance sheet moving forward" (She is very Bullish on the industry)
Thankfully CGB went into this epic extension with a around $7-8m cash in the bank and Debt Free and like several other ASX listed companies CGB is now waiting on an Auditors report to see if it ever trades again. Delisting was a bit of a shock but as Chris pointed out they did mention it was a likely scenario.
As Luke mentioned ASIC confirmed they are NOT interested in investigating the company/directors and im assuming they have also had a very close look at the books as they assess the companies ability "to acquire assets", it sounds like they have had a lot of interest rightly from shareholders.
Im kind of hoping they might give us one of those "regular updates" they mentioned in their last update to give us something to smile about on 420 Day
