CGB was delisted in accordance with Listing Rule 17.12.
"The following entities have failed to lodge the relevant periodic report in Listing Rule 17.5 for a continuous period of 1 year after the deadline for lodgement
of that document"
The ASX is of the opinion that the company is either unable or unwilling. Just two options.
I'm not convinced, based on the released information, that CGB, with over $8 mil in cash, has been "unable" to comply with basic financial reporting requirements for over 12 months.
