Delisted stock are not enough to claim as a tax loss. The company has not gone into liquidation so the shares are still valid but currently of no value.
I'm sure the directors are working very hard to complete the appropriate reports and associated paperwork and continue to earn a meagre crust. But I am also very surprised that any creditors haven't taken action of their own.
